Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel

The same simple policy applies to every session, whether it's a group workshop or a 1-on-1.

• 3 or more days before the session: cancel for a full refund to your original payment method (or, if you prefer, we'll move it to credit toward a future session).
• Fewer than 3 days before the session: your booking is non-refundable. You're still welcome to ask about a make-up or transfer to another session as a courtesy, subject to space (see below).
• No-shows and missed sessions are non-refundable.

Make-ups & transfers

If you can't attend a session you've booked, you're welcome to request to make it up at another available session of the same level, subject to space. Just email us before the session you'll miss.

How to request a refund or transfer

Email us at bhangracreationz@gmail.com with your name and the workshop date. The date we receive your email determines which terms above apply. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If we cancel or reschedule

Occasionally we may need to cancel, reschedule, or relocate a session. If we cancel and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund for that session.

Multi-session 1-on-1 packages

Packages of multiple 1-on-1 sessions paid in advance are governed by the California Dance Studio Act (California Civil Code §1812.50 and following). For these packages:

• You may cancel at any time by emailing us at bhangracreationz@gmail.com.
• You'll receive a pro-rata refund for the sessions you haven't used. Sessions you've already attended are deducted at our single-session (drop-in) rate, and the remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method.
• We don't charge any cancellation fee.
• Your refund is issued within 10 days of when we receive your cancellation notice.

This package policy reflects the cancellation rights the law provides; nothing here waives any right you have under the Act.
