Terms & Conditions

By booking, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Participant Waiver & Release.

1. Bookings & payment

• A spot is reserved only once your booking and payment are completed. Prices are shown per person in US dollars and are due at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Apple Pay and credit/debit cards are accepted.
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including a valid email address for your confirmation.

2. Eligibility & health

Bhangra is a vigorous physical activity. By registering, you confirm that you (or the participant you are registering) are in good health and physically able to participate, and you agree to the Participant Waiver & Release. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms and the Waiver on their behalf.

3. Class etiquette & conduct

To keep classes safe and enjoyable for everyone, participants agree to:

• Wear comfortable athletic clothing; follow studio footwear rules.
• Arrive on time, as classes begin promptly at the scheduled time.
• Bring water only — please no food or other drinks in the studio.
• Refrain from recording classes, and not reuse or reproduce choreography or teaching material outside of class without permission.
• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect. We may remove, without refund, anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or abusive.

Unless otherwise arranged, observers (parents, family, or friends) may not remain in the studio while a class is in session.

4. Schedule changes & cancellations by us

We may need to reschedule, relocate, substitute the instructor for, or cancel a class or workshop. If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund for that session. Cancellations or transfers initiated by you are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Online sessions

For online workshops, a join link is provided by email after booking. You are responsible for your own internet connection and equipment. Please do not share the join link or record the session.

6. Intellectual property

All choreography, materials, branding, and website content are owned by Bhangra Creationz and may not be copied, taught, or distributed without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Bhangra Creationz and Sahej Kaur Chawla are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in our classes. Your participation is also subject to the Participant Waiver & Release. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking. The current version is dated above.
